Ticket Distribution

All tickets purchased online will be delivered as electronic tickets (e-tickets). An e-ticket is a ticket that has been distributed electronically by email right away following the purchase. Your e-tickets will be available as a PDF attachment on a separated email sent following the ticket confirmation email. You can also access your e-tickets by logging into your online ticketing account to see your order history and download your e-tickets. E-tickets are considered as a regular ticket, and you do not need to exchange it at the venue. At any time ahead of the event, you need to print the ticket(s) (in colour or in black and white). To proceed with the printing, please make sur you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4,0 (free) or later. On matchday, you will need to present the ticket(s) printed at the venue to get the access by scanning the barcode. Please note that if you have purchased more than one ticket in your order, you will need to print all pages, as each page (ticket) has its own barcode. If you do not receive the ticket confirmation, the second email with the e-ticket(s) attached or other notification by FIFA, please check your spam or bulk email folder. Please note you, as the ticket applicant, are responsible to ensure that you and your guests bring the correct admission ticket on match day, to treat each ticket with care and to keep it in a safe location at all times. Altering or damaging tickets may result in entry to a stadium being refused. Please also note that the authorities will not replace any tickets, irrespective of the reason for the replacement request, such as lost or stolen tickets.

Ticketholders 12 years and above are required to present Al Hosn Green Pass and to provide a negative PCR test result acquired within 96 hours (if unable to show a green status on Al Hosn App, then a double vaccination certificate as well as a negative PCR certificate delivered within 96 hours must be produced). Ticketholders under 12 years old are required to present Al Hosn Green Pass and to provide a negative PCR test result acquired within 48 hours (if unable to show a green status on Al Hosn App, then a negative PCR certificate delivered within 48 hours must be produced). Please note that it is your responsibility to be informed about your country’s protocols in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic and all measures to be followed, for entering UAE, accessing stadiums and for returning to your country.
