The Best finalists to be announced on Friday 22 September
Event in London will see finalists for most The Best awards announced

On Friday 22 September, the next step along the road towards The Best FIFA Football Awards™ will be taken, as the world discovers the final nominees for the majority of award categories.
The excitement will reach a fervour at an event at the Bloomsbury Ballroom in London, the city that will host The Best awards ceremony itself on 23 October. From 2.00pm local time, FIFA Legends** **Roberto Di Matteo (ITA), Jay Jay Okocha (NGA), Alex Scott (ENG), Andriy Shevchenko (UKR) and Peter Shilton (ENG) will help to reveal the final trios of candidates for the following awards:
*** The Best FIFA Men’s Player
The Best FIFA Women’s Player
The Best FIFA Men’s Coach
The Best FIFA Women’s Coach
The Best FIFA Goalkeeper
The FIFA Fan Award**
The much-anticipated ten-goal shortlist for the FIFA Puskás Award will also be revealed, with voting open to FIFA.com users from around the world immediately after the announcement.
