The Official Draw for the 2020 Concacaf Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship took place in Guadalajara, Mexico where the eight participating teams learned their groups for the Tokyo 2020 qualifiers.
Concacaf Secretary General Philippe Moggio and Governor of Jalisco Enrique Alfaro Ramirez gave opening remarks before the draw ceremony took place. Oribe Peralta, who won the gold medal at the Men's Olympic Tournament London 2012 with Mexico, was a draw assistant along with the coach who led El Tri to glory, Luis Fernando Tena.
The pots were as follows:
Pot 1: Mexico, Honduras
Pot 2: Canada, USA
Pot 3: Costa Rica, El Salvador
Pot 4: Dominican Republic, Haiti
The draw was then conducted with the following result:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the region's qualifying tournament will be rescheduled with the dates to be confirmed. The qualifiers will take place in Guadalajara, where the eight nations will be competing for two tickets to the Men's Olympic Football Tournament.
