Overview

The world’s best eFootball clubs and organisations meet at the FIFA eClub World Cup to crown the official FIFA 19 club world champions.

The 15 best teams from online qualification will join defending champions Brondby IF at the FIFA eClub World Cup 2019. Each team will compete with two players – one on Xbox and one on PlayStation.

Timings

The FIFA eClub World Cup 2019 will take place on 9 and 10 February as follows:

Day 1: Saturday 9 February (all times in GMT): 10:00 – 13:45: Groups A & C – group stage 13:45 – 14:45: Break 14:45 – 18:30: Groups B & D – group stage

Day 2: Sunday 10 February: 09:45 – 11:10: Quarter-finals 11:10 – 11:25: Break 11:25 – 14:15: Semi-finals 14:15 – 14:30: Break 14:30 – 16:00: Finals

Format

Group stage: Each group consists of four teams. All of the teams play each other in a Team Match-Up:

  • 1st match: contested by the PlayStation players from each team

  • 2nd match: contested by the Xbox players from each team

  • 3rd match: PlayStation and Xbox players team up to compete against the opposing side

  • The best two teams from each group qualify for the knockout stage

Knockout stage (quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals): Each Team Match-Up consists of at least two matches:

  • 1st match: contested by the PlayStation players from each team

  • 2nd match: contested by the Xbox players from each team

  • 3rd match: If the 1st and 2nd matches result in a draw, the PlayStation and Xbox players team up to contest a 3rd match against the opposing side.

The prize money and EA SPORTS Global Series Points for the FIFA eClub World Cup 2019 will be distributed as follows:
