Barcelona hosted Chelsea, while Besiktas took on Bayern Munich in the final UEFA Champions League Round of 16, second leg, match-ups on Wednesday.

At Camp Nou, a Lionel Messi brace helped Barcelona to a 3-0 victory over Chelsea, with the Spanish giants earning a 4-1 aggregate success over the English champions. Messi’s second goal also took him to 100 career goals in the Champions League.

In the earlier kick-off in Istanbul, Bayern Munich underlined their superiority against Besiktas with a 3-1 victory for an emphatic 8-1 aggregate triumph.
