The Best FIFA Football Awards™ are almost upon us, as superstars from across the globe look to be crowned across a range of illustrious categories. Players who impressed during the relevant qualifying periods have been whittled down to three outstanding candidates across seven categories, while selections will be made for the FIFA FIFPRO Men's and Women's World 11s. Three fans or groups of fans have been nominated for the FIFA Fan Award, and the winner of the FIFA Fair Play Award will also be announced. This year will be the seventh The Best FIFA Football Awards ceremony to take place since its inception in 2016, with the likes of Lionel Messi, Manuel Neuer and Megan Rapinoe all successful in recent years.

The Best venue
Paris will host The Best FIFA Football Awards after last year's virtual event which took place in FIFA's Zurich headquarters due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
