Having previously participated at the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ - playing the full 90 minutes in Serbia's 2-1 defeat to Australia – Russia 2018 is Ivan Obradovic's second outing at football's global showpiece.
The left-back, who can also operate in a more attacking role on the wing, is a key element of his team's counter-attacking game thanks to his pinpoint passing. He made his professional debut in 2008 for boyhood club FK Partizan, where he went on to become a regular in the starting line-up, twice winning the league and cup double.
Obradovic joined Zaragoza in 2009 but persistent knee injuries prevented him from showing his true colours. He has enjoyed a better time of things in Belgium, lacing his boots for Mechelen in 2014/15 before joining Anderlecht in 2015, where he won the league title.
