Tickets which were allocated by FIFA during the Random Selection Draw and First Come First Served Sales Periods of Sales Phases (1) and (2) will be delivered by courier to the Ticket Applicant's address starting from April-May 2018.
Please note that Tickets which are scheduled for delivery will NOT be available for collection from the Ticket Collection Locations.
The delivery of Tickets will not be possible for:
(i) Tickets purchased after 3 April, 2018;
(ii) Conditional Supporter Tickets and Team Specific Ticket Series for any of the Round of 16 Matches, Quarter Final Matches, Semi Final Matches and the Final Match; and
(iii) Tickets for which delivery may not be possible in time due to operational and/or Stadium-related reasons.
FIFA will also not provide delivery services if
(i) a country or specific location is not be covered by the courier; or
(ii) the courier determines that it is unsafe or economically or operationally impracticable to provide delivery services or its services are being used in violation of applicable laws or for fraudulent purposes.

If the courier does not deliver your Tickets, in particular for the reasons stated above, the FIFA World Cup Ticketing Centre (“FWCTC”) will communicate this information to you via email, along with instructions as to where and when you can collect such Tickets.
Ticket Collection Locations
If you purchase Tickets during the Last Minute Sales Phase, your Tickets will be made available for collection from the Ticket Collection Locations, which will be operated by FIFA in all host cities of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™, from 18th April 2018 up until the final Match day of the competition.

In order to collect your Tickets, you will need to present a proper identification document (passport or ID) with embedded photo and the payment card used in the transaction. Customers who have purchased Category 4 Tickets will need to present their proof of Russian residency if requested to do so.
If you are collecting Tickets as a third party, you must be duly authorised by the Ticket Applicant by means of a notarised power of attorney specific for the collection of your Tickets and bring notarised copies of both yours and the Ticket Applicant’s identification documents with embedded photographs.
We recommend you collect your Tickets as early as possible, and before the Match day, in order to ensure your timely access to the Stadium before the Kick Off time of the Match. Please note that, whilst we endeavour to provide you with the best possible service, delays can occur when collecting your Tickets in case of high customer traffic.
Please remember that you are solely responsible for the timely collection of all Tickets purchased by you. For security reasons, FIFA will not make available any Tickets for collection at the Stadium on Match days. Therefore, FIFA strongly recommends that you collect your Tickets as early as possible; but, in any case, before the respective Match day.
Collection by Appointment
The FWCTC encourages customers to book a scheduled Ticket Collection Appointment in order to have a more enjoyable and efficient Ticket Collection experience. Some of the advantages of booking a Collection Appointment are as follows:

- Exclusive and faster queues
- Service by appointment
- Faster Ticket collection

Please note that the appointment slots do not guarantee the absence of queues, but rather a more effective and faster service in the case of a high demand in the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres. The FWCTC and FIFA are not responsible for potential delays which can occur for those who have booked a Ticket Collection appointment, taking into consideration the complexity of the operation.
You can book an appointment to collect your Tickets anytime up to 24:00 (Moscow time) two days before the day of the envisaged appointment. For example, if you wish to collect your Tickets on the 4th of June 2018, you can only book your appointment up to 24:00 (Moscow time) on the 2nd of June 2018.
Please note that no Ticket Collection Appointments will be available on Match Days and the day before Match days.
Ticket collection is free of charge.
Additional information concerning the Collection of Special Access Tickets
Customers collecting Special Access Tickets can go straight to the counter for Special Access Tickets and troubleshooting and do not need to join any other queues.
The following persons can collect the Special Access Ticket:
(i) Any Ticket Applicant of the Special Access Ticket
(ii) The accompanying person on behalf of a Special Access Ticket Applicant
(iii) In case of mixed Ticket Applications (normal Tickets and Special Access Tickets): any guests named in the Ticket Application on behalf of a Special Access Ticket Applicant, who is a Special Access Ticket holder
The person wishing to collect the Special Access Tickets will be required to present the official documents, which prove the eligibility for the selected type of Special Access Ticket.
If you wish to collect a Special Access Ticket on behalf of a Special Access Ticket Applicant as a third party (i.e. not the accompanying person or a guest named in the Ticket Application), you must be duly authorised by the Ticket Applicant by means of a notarised power of attorney specific for the collection of your Tickets and bring notarised copies of both yours and the Applicant’s identification documents with embedded photographs. Please see below for further information on acceptable proof of eligibility documents.
If you wish to collect a Wheelchair User, an Easy Access Standard or an Easy Access Amenity Ticket, you will be required to present the following documents:
- Russian Customers (i.e. persons being a resident of Russia): Certificate of degree of disability or medical certificate;
- International Customers (i.e. persons not being a resident of Russia): Medical certificate or proof that is commonly and widely accepted in their country of residence.
Please note that permits for accessible parking will not be accepted as valid proof of eligibility for Russian or International Customers.
If you wish to collect an Obese Person’s Ticket, you will be required to present the following documents:
- Russian Customers/ International customers: Signed doctor´s note stating BMI, minimum BMI: 35kg/m2.
Disabled spectators and spectators with limited mobility with a Wheelchair User, Easy Access Standard or Easy Access Amenity Ticket, are able to obtain a complimentary Parking Pass per Match, on a first-come first-served basis and subject to availability. No other customers are entitled to a Parking Pass.
Please note that each FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre (“FVTC”) will only provide Parking Passes for Matches played in that city. Customers wishing to obtain a Parking Pass should visit the FVTC in the city where the Match for which they have a Ticket is being played. Parking Passes will only be available at the FVTC and not at any other Ticket Collection Location that may be located in the host cities.
If you wish to obtain a Parking Pass for a specific Match, please visit the FVTC in the city where the Match is being played. As Parking Passes are handed out on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability, we recommend you visit the FVTC as soon as possible.
Please note the following points:
- Each FVTC only provides Parking Passes for the Matches played in that city.
- You do not need to book a Ticket Collection Appointment in order to collect a Parking Pass. Customers wishing to obtain a Parking Pass can go straight to the counter for Special Access Tickets and Troubleshooting, and do not need to join any other queues.
- The accessible parking spaces are designed to accommodate cars and are 2.4 metres wide and 4.8 metres long with a 1.2 metre-wide access zone parking spaces. Please ensure that your vehicle fits within the space mentioned above in order to accommodate a limited number of cars in the accessible parking area.
- The location of the designated accessible parking area will be indicated on your Parking Pass.

In order to collect a Parking Pass, customers are required to present an official identification document (passport or ID) with embedded photo and a copy of the Ticket Confirmation email.
A Parking Pass can be collected by the Ticket Applicant, the Ticket Applicant’s Guest who requires the Special Access Ticket or the respective Companion who is registered in your FIFA Ticketing Account.
It is also possible to have a Parking Pass collected on your behalf by a third party; however, this person must be authorised to do so by means of a simple power of attorney, and they must bring simple copies of both your and the third party’s identification documents with embedded photographs and a copy of your Ticket Confirmation email.
Please remember that you are solely responsible for the timely collection of your Parking Pass, and no access will be granted to the designated parking areas of the Stadium without the presentation of the respective Parking Pass, together with the Tickets and respective FAN IDs for yourself and all the persons travelling with you and included in your Ticket Application.
Please note that the provision of a Parking Pass is subject to you having provided sufficient official documents to prove eligibility for the Special Access Tickets you have applied for, and therefore only successful Ticket Applicants with approved eligibility for Wheelchair User, Easy Access Standard or Easy Access Amenity Tickets will have access to the respective Parking Pass, subject to availability.
