Relive Day 1 of the Football Law Annual Review

The third edition of FIFA's Football Law Annual Review (FLAR) will take place on 22 and 23 March 2021, and you can follow it all on FIFA.com.

We will be streaming the entire event live, which will be open to the general public and is taking place virtually due to the ongoing international restrictions in place around the COVID-19 pandemic.

The conference, which began today at 14:00 CET with an address by FIFA President Gianni Infantino, featured topics including FIFA’s new eligibility rules with regard to playing for representative teams, the reform of the transfer system, the state of the football transfer market in 2020, new minimum labour conditions for women’s football and new rules for employing coaches.

Attendance is free of charge and no registration is needed. All presentations will be given in English, with simultaneous interpreting into Spanish and French. Full audio and video recordings will be made available on legal.fifa.com.
