Tickets for all matches available after draw

The third ticket sales phase for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2011™ begins immediately after the Official Draw on 29 November 2010 (19.25 until 20.15 live on ZDF), when the Organising Committee releases the a batch of 150,000 tickets for all matches. This includes 50,000 tickets for the matches of the German women’s national team.

The OC Ticket Center will release the additional tickets for general sale from 21.00 CET. The tickets, available from the online ticket shop at, will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis, i.e. in the order that applications are received. Tickets can also be ordered from the hotline on +49 1805 / 06 2011 (€0.14 per minute from German fixed-line telephones, mobile charges may vary.)

“Regardless of the outcome of the draw, each of the nine host cities is guaranteed to stage matches featuring top teams. The special atmosphere of a World Cup right here in our own country is something we won’t see again in Germany for a long while. From Monday evening onwards all fans will have a great chance to secure tickets,” commented OC President Steffi Jones.

With just over 200 days still to go until the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2011, more than 350,000 tickets have already been sold. Tickets cost between €15 (young persons aged 16 or under - all group-stage fixtures as well as the match for third place, with the exception of the opening match) and €200 (normal price - final at Frankfurt Arena).
