Deutsche Bahn opens hotline for journalists during the 2006 FIFA World Cup™

During the 2006 FIFA World Cup, from 7 June to 11 July Deutsche Bahn AG will be setting up a hotline for the use of journalists.

Open daily from 8:00am to 8:00pm, media you can dial 01803 673040 to reach a team from Deutsche Bahn who can provide you with answers to any questions relating to Deutsche Bahn and the 2006 FIFA World Cup.

The fee for the hotline service will be just nine cents a minute when dialing from the German landline network. Information is available either in German or in English. Media can also make train reservations by calling this number.

Media requesting information on Deutsche Bahn AG will be connected with the responsible Deutsche Bahn press office.

Authorization required for filming in trains and at stations

Those wishing to carry out filming of any kind in DB trains, at stations or on DB premises must first receive authorization to do so. This also applies during the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
