Which U-17 team will rise to prominence next?

The FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, due to kick off on 22 September in Azerbaijan, follows hot on the heels of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Japan 2012 and the Women’s Olympic Football Tournament in London.

It is the third time the competition will take place in this age category, with 16 teams aiming for a spot in the final on 13 October. Alongside women’s football giants such as USA, Germany, Brazil and Japan, there are several new faces among the crowd, with Gambia, China PR and Uruguay all making their tournament debuts.

Who will win the title and take the crown from the absent Korea Republic, who failed to make it through the qualifying rounds? Can USA claim the only women's crown to have escaped their grasp? Can Canada make a good summer even better by winning their first ever FIFA youth title? Could we see another team emerge as a new force in women’s football?

The likes of Japan are another such example, ever since their triumph at the FIFA Women’s World Cup Germany 2011™ the country has gone from strength to strength and cemented its reputation as one of the best teams in the women’s game. Can their youngsters go even further than the U-20 side did on home soil earlier this month and reach the final?

That is why this week FIFA.com’s Have Your Say is asking you:

Which will be the next team to rise to prominence in women’s football?
