loleto2008 finished third, just five points shy of second. The Spaniard played against the odds in South America to his detriment. Unexpected results in Italy and South Africa further dented an otherwise solid attempt.

Lead dwindles as challengers close in
In the overall standings, second-placed Zizo10 and third-placed AGUEVO applied some intense pressure on the leader. Zizo10 scored 327 points off just four correct predictions, while AGUEVO put in an even more inspiring performance: the American scored 373 points and gained 166 points on Saururrex.

kammer's iron resolve seems to have finally cracked; the German logged this third lowest score this season and slid into fourth. reduardo rounded off the top five. The Mexican has moved erratically since breaking into the top ten in Round 14 and will be keen to find solid ground in the top five.
