There are just four days left until the winners of The Best FIFA Football Awards™ are revealed at a star-studded show at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
identical trophies will be handed to the winners of the individual men's and women's player and coach awards. The design sees the ball used in the first FIFA World Cup™ Final between Uruguay and Argentina in 1930 sitting atop a sleek body. The trophy consists of five parts: the bottom, the base, a carbon piece over the base, the body and the ball. The latter part was created using some cutting edge technology, utilised in the aerospace industry and Formula 1.
Smaller versions of the trophy will also be handed out to the stars named in the FIFA FIFPro World11.
But who do you think will claim one of these four coveted trophies, along with the other prizes to be handed out at the prestigious event?
Winners for all of the awards will be revealed across FIFA’s social media platforms on Monday 24 September, so make sure you are following @FIFAcom and tracking the hashtags #TheBest, #Puskas and #FIFAFootballAwards. The latest pictures and news will also be available on The Best FIFA Football Awards Facebook page, while you will find stunning imagery on our official Instagram account, not to mention behind-the-scenes action on the day of the ceremony on our Instagram Story.
