The complete agenda for the 2012 FIFA Congress, which takes place in Budapest on 24 and 25 May, has now been confirmed. The Congress agenda, which can be read by clicking the relevant link on the right, includes five enclosed documents (A, B, C, D and E) outlined below.

Enclosed Document A is FIFA’s annual Activity Report for 2011, which provides an extensive review of all of FIFA’s events and activities during the past year.

Enclosed Document B is FIFA’s annual Financial Report for 2011. This report, which conforms to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and is audited by KPMG, was approved by the Executive Committee on 30 March 2012, and can be found by clicking the 'FIFA Financial Report 2011' link on the right.

At the Executive Committee meeting in March 2012, it was decided that a first set of proposals made by the Independent Governance Committee (IGC) and the Task Forces Ethics Committee, Revision of Statutes and Transparency & Compliance would be presented for discussion and eventual approval to the 2012 FIFA Congress.

Enclosed Document D is a draft FIFA Code of Conduct and Document E is a set of draft amendments of the FIFA Statutes, Regulations Governing the Application of the Statutes and Standing Orders of the Congress. The latter document will be submitted to the vote by the FIFA Congress in Budapest.

Enclosed Document C includes further proposals to amend the FIFA Statutes. These will be presented and discussed but not voted during the 2012 FIFA Congress in Budapest and have been provided to the member associations in order to be fully transparent and provide complete information on the proposals which have been made by the Task Force Revision of Statutes.

It is useful to recall that the “FIFA Good Governance” road map does not end at the 2012 FIFA Congress but continues further.
