Apex-Brasil showcase Brazilian industry and promote the Host Country as a modern, innovative and sustainable nation.

Brazilian Trade and Investment agency, Apex-Brasil, became the fifth National Supporter of the FIFA Confederations Cup Brazil 2013 and the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil™ last autumn.

The agreement will enable Apex-Brasil to showcase Brazilian industry in general as well as promoting the Host Country as a modern, innovative and sustainable nation. The two FIFA events will facilitate Apex-Brasil in its mission to bring together Brazilian businesses and potential foreign investors, with a view to strengthening business ties and securing investment.

Speaking at the time, Brazilian Minister of Sport Aldo Rebelo highlighted the relevance of the partnership established between Apex-Brasil and FIFA.

“In addition to being one of the world's biggest sporting events, the FIFA World Cup™ also features a major opportunity for its Host Country," he said.

Rebelo continued: "Thanks to Apex-Brasil's valuable initiative, Brazilian products and services, cutting-edge technology, gastronomy and fashion will be showcased at an exceptional promotion station which is to be set up during the event. And the country shall take advantage of this unique opportunity, which adds to its economy and its image perception worldwide."

A Wider Audience

At the FIFA Confederations Cup Brazil 2013, Apex-Brasil focused on forging alliances through hospitality and a Commercial Display area. Hospitality events in Brasilia, Fortaleza and Rio de Janeiro proved extremely popular. Facilities were uniquely decorated with furniture, handicraft objects and art elements that gave just a glimpse of what Brazil can offer, while Commercial Display area in Brasilia began the task of taking Apex-Brasil's message to a wider audience.
