According to the decision of the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber passed on 16 November 2012, and notified to all parties on 1 February 2013, the player Ismael Bangoura has to pay the amount of EUR 4,500,000 to the club Al Nasr Sports Club as compensation for breach of contract without just cause during the protected period (cf. art. 17 par. 1 of the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players), with the club FC Nantes being jointly and severally liable for the payment (cf. art. 17 par. 2 of the aforementioned Regulations).

Furthermore, the player was banned from playing any official match for a period of four months as of notification of the said decision (sporting sanction in accordance with art. 17 par. 3 of the aforementioned Regulations), of which three months have been deemed to have already been served.

Finally, the club FC Nantes was banned from registering any new player, nationally or internationally, for the next two entire and consecutive registration periods, for having induced the player to breach the contract without just cause during the protected period (sporting sanction in accordance with par. 4 of the aforementioned art. 17).
