We take a look at some of the strongest teams in online qualification.

Columbus Crew
Representing the American club are ‘CrewSC GE8’ and 2010 world champion Nenad Stojkovic, one of the scene’s most experienced players.

Ajax eSports is one of the best-known clubs in eFootball. 'Ajax Dani’ – currently fourth in the FIFA 19 Global Series Xbox Rankings – was among the best players in the world last season and is teaming up with American ‘Ajax Joey’, who qualified for the Grand Final in 2017.

The North
The North’s formidable team is made up of six-time Grand Finalist and 2014 world champion ‘Agge’ and two-time Grand Finalist and FIFA eWorld Cup 2018 fourth-place finisher ‘Marcuzo’.

FC Basel
FC Basel have been one of eFootball’s most successful sides since last season. ‘CodyDerFinisher’ and ‘TheStrxngeR’, who both qualified for last year’s FIFA eWorld Cup Grand Final, represent the Swiss club.

Hashtag United
Last year Hashtag United’s academy team qualified for the FIFA eClub World Cup. Their players ‘HoneyBadger’ and ‘IT IS WHAT I DO’ will be hoping that history repeats itself this time around.

Melbourne City
One of three clubs within the City Group taking part in this year’s online qualification. ‘Marcus Gomes’ – currently in the Top 5 of the FIFA 19 Global Series Xbox Rankings – is having arguably the best season of his career so far and is competing for the Australian side alongside 'deto', one of the world’s most experienced FIFA players.

NoFuchsGiven eSports
The pair representing Christian Fuchs’ team – Mohamad Al-Bacha and Sean Allen – faced each other in the Final Showdown of the FIFA Interactive Club World Cup 2016.

PSV Eindhoven
FIFA eWorld Cup 2018 runner-up Stefano Pinna is playing for the Dutch club in online qualification alongside 'Celal Baba'. Pinna is currently fourth in the FIFA 19 Global Series PlayStation Rankings.

ReKT Global
After featuring for Falcons eSports last season, reigning FIFA eWorld Cup™ champion 'Msdossary' is representing ReKT Global together with 'night_watch' this year. Aldossary’s FUT Champions Cup victory in December earned him second place in the FIFA 19 Global Series Xbox Rankings.

Werder Bremen
In an interview with earlier this year, ChuBoi named Bremen as one of the best teams this season. The German club boast two of last year’s Grand Finalists in 'MegaBit98' and 'MoAuba'. Both players are currently third on their respective consoles in the FIFA 19 Global Series Rankings.
