Then in autumn 2016, the club was one of the first in the world to make the step into FIFA eSports, enjoying similar levels of success. The team took home the title in each of the first two years of the FIFA eClub World Cup, qualifying for the event last year as well.
Developing players is one of the focuses of the club, as illustrated by its 'FIFA Masterclass' academy team, which currently features three talented local youngsters. The Brondby eSports Club also encourages members of the local community with an interest in eSports to meet up with coaches to hone their skills, while a FIFA room in the club stadium is designed to enable the professional players to constantly improve their levels.
'Marcuzo' and 'FIFA Ustun' are two absolute top players whom the club has brought to the international stage and who have shown their worth at the highest level, with both heavily involved in the FIFA eClub World Cup successes that Brondby has enjoyed.
