The VYBK Stadium, which is commonly known as the Salt Lake Stadium, is arguably India's most famous football arena.

One of Asia’s largest stadiums, VYBK was inaugurated in 1984 and is home to one of the world’s biggest and fiercely contested derbies of the world: the Kolkata Derby, between Mohun Bagan AC and East Bengal FC.

The iconic stadium also hosted the final of the FIFA U-17 World Cup India 2017, which brought a record attendance for a World Cup final at youth level.
