How to Apply for Tickets

The Last-Minute sales phase is the last opportunity to purchase tickets for the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™. This sales phase starts on 25 October at 11:00 CET / 12:00 Doha Time and runs until the end of the competition on 18 December 2021. During the Last-Minute sales phase, tickets are available online on FIFA.com/tickets on a first come first served basis and, from 9 November until the final matchday of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ on 18 December 2021, tickets will also be available over the counter at the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre located in the Doha Exhibition Centre (Al Qassar metro station). Only Individual Match Tickets and Accessibility Tickets are available for purchase with Visa payment cards and other accepted payment cards in Qatari riyal (QAR). Please note that all ticket purchases will be processed as real-time transactions, and subject to successful payment, tickets will be allocated directly to ticket applicants. To apply for FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ tickets online during the Last-Minute sales phase described above, please follow these steps:

  • If you have not yet done so, open a FIFA Ticketing account by providing your personal details. If you already have one, log in to your account.

  • Apply for tickets by clicking on the menu item “Apply for Tickets” on FIFA.com/tickets.

In addition, from 9 November until 18 December 2021, you can visit the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre located in the Doha Exhibition Centre (Al Qassar metro station) to apply for FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ tickets over the counter during the Last-Minute sales phase. Please find below the opening hours of the FVTC (all times in local Doha time):

  • 09/11/2021 - 12/11/2021: All Days: 14:00 - 22:00

  • 13/11/2021 - 17/12/2021: Sat - Thu: 10:00 - 22:00

  • 13/11/2021 - 17/12/2021: Fridays: 14:00 - 22:00

  • 18/12/2021: 10:00 - 18:00

Please note that you may visit the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre for customer service enquiries and mobile ticket support. Tickets allocated by FIFA Ticketing will be delivered as mobile tickets via the FIFA mobile ticketing app, except for tickets purchased over the counter at the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre and in those situations that will be listed in the Frequently Asked Questions section (further details will be made available in due course). In each stadium and for all matches, FIFA will have a dedicated allocation of Accessibility Tickets for purchase by disabled people and people with limited mobility. Please note that, to apply for Accessibility Tickets, ticket applicants will need to submit proof of eligibility during the ticket application process online and over the counter. All spectators attending matches of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ must wear a mask at all times inside stadiums.

To ensure a safe experience and to safeguard the heath of everyone attending the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™, FIFA is working closely with the local authorities to set up rules and health and sanitary protocols.

Attendees must follow the travel advice from the State of Qatar and the guidance from the Ministry of Public Health.

Access to venues on match days

Ticket Holders

For FIFA Arab Cup 2021™, all spectators must be fully vaccinated with one of the approved vaccinations by the MOPH. Such spectators will not be required to undergo any COVID-19 testing.

COVID-19 measures stipulate that all fans under the age of 12, who are not vaccinated, must provide evidence of a negative Rapid Antigen Test, taken no longer than 24 hours prior to kick-off or a negative PCR test within 48 hours.

Rapid antigen tests (RAT) can be taken at these Primary Health Care Centres designated to support FIFA Arab Cup Fans, the cost is QAR 25 and the Health Centre’s opening times is 7:00 am till 10:00 pm:

  • Al Khor Health Centre

  • Al Thumama Health Centre

  • Al Wajba Health Centre

  • Al Leabaib Health Centre

  • Al Wakra Health Centre

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, including stadium property. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness, temporary and permanent disability, and death. Pre-existing risk factors such as underlying medical conditions and advanced age may make certain individuals particularly vulnerable. By entering stadium property, a ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited at the stadiums. Please do not bring cigarettes, lighters, matches or vapes. They will be confiscated at the security entrance.
