Accessibility Tickets

In each stadium and for all matches, FIFA is offering a dedicated allocation of tickets for purchase by disabled people and people with limited mobility. Accessibility Tickets (“ATs”) are a dedicated allocation of tickets for purchase by disabled people and people with limited mobility. There are four types of Accessibility Tickets:

  • Wheelchair Ticket: availability to users of wheelchairs and mobility scooters designed for the transportation of people with limited mobility and other medical conditions. Spectators with a Wheelchair Ticket will be permitted to enter the stadium with a manual or electric wheelchair or a mobility scooter. For safety and security reasons, manual or electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters need to fulfil certain basic requirements: they can have 3-4 wheels; the maximum dimensions are 80cm in width and 130cm in length; the maximum turning radius is 90cm; the maximum turning width is 150cm; and their maximum speed must not be above 6km/h.

  • Easy Access Amenity Ticket: ticket designated for people with guide dogs or people with a medical condition with assistance dogs and people who need additional leg space due to limited mobility. This type of seat is for disabled people or people with limited mobility who do not use wheelchairs but may be unable to bend their knees or need more room to access their seat, using a walking aid or crutches. Amenity seats also provide extra space for people with assistance dogs.

  • Easy Access Standard Ticket: ticket for disabled people, people with limited mobility and people with other medical conditions who do not need a wheelchair user place but require seating with easy access that is close to accessible amenities (e.g. accessible toilets)

  • Easy Access Extra-Width Ticket: ticket for people (adult over 18 years of age) with a minimum body mass index (BMI) of 40kg/m²

Successful ticket applicants for Accessibility Tickets in the types “Wheelchair User”, “Easy Access Standard” and “Easy Access Amenity” will be offered one additional ticket for free for a companion to assist and accompany them at the match. The companion must be able to provide all necessary assistance to the Accessibility Ticket holder. The companion will be seated as close as possible to the Accessibility Ticket holder; however, the exact location of the extra seat cannot be guaranteed. FIFA cannot ensure that the seat for the companion will be immediately adjacent to that of the Accessibility Ticket customer. Customers applying for Easy Access Extra-Width Tickets are not entitled to request a complimentary ticket for a companion. All Accessibility Ticket applicants may apply online using the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ ticketing portal during the specified sales phases. Please make sure you can upload your proof of eligibility (“PoE”) as you will be asked for it during the ticket application process. Your eligibility will be verified by a dedicated team. Throughout the Last-Minute sales phase, all ticket purchases will be subject to availability and processed as a real-time transaction. During the Last-Minute Sales Phase, from 9 November until the final matchday of the competition, remaining tickets will also be available over the counter at the designated FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre located in the Doha Exhibition Centre (Al Qassar metro station). Any customer wishing to purchase an Accessibility Ticket over the counter during the Last-Minute Sales Phase will be asked to provide the required proof of eligibility document(s) to prove their eligibility for an Accessibility Ticket and, upon request, at the entrance to the stadium. Accessibility Tickets will be made available at category 3 prices for international customers and at category 4 price for Qatari residents. All Accessibility Tickets sold via over the counter in the Last-Minute Sales Phase will be sold at category 4 prices, while online purchases will be sold at category 3 prices for international customers. Proof of eligibility documents accepted: For Wheelchair Tickets, Easy Access Standard or Easy Access Amenity Tickets, these following documents providing proof of eligibility are accepted (please note that permits for accessible parking will not be accepted as valid proof):

  • Qatari customers: certificate of degree of disagree of disability or a medical certificate
