  • 'F2Tekkz' wins the ePremier League for Liverpool

  • Overview of ePremier League Final

Three FUT Champions Cup titles in the FIFA 19 Global Series, FIFA eClub World Cup champion with King eSports, top of the FIFA 19 Global Series Rankings leader board, eLions star and now winner of the first ever ePremier League… 'F2Tekkz' has written yet another chapter in the gaming annals. Now he's proved that he is the pick of the crop domestically as well as internationally and steering Liverpool to victory in the inaugural ePremier League.

All 20 Premier League clubs were represented by an Xbox and a PlayStation player after club-based qualifying. Plenty of big names were involved in the tournament, including former Grand Finalists 'Tass', 'deto', 'Ryan' and many more.

Overview of the main games

PlayStation console final

'Jas1875' (Chelsea) 2-3 'KyleLeese__' (Manchester United)

A mouth-watering prospect on the pitch, the console match-up was every bit as good, with two fierce competitors going toe-to-toe in the final. 'KyleLeese__' had impressed throughout the campaign with his solid defence, keeping a clean sheet against former Grand Finalist 'deto' en route to the final. 'Jas1875' meanwhile had notched four goals in each of these players’ two previous meetings, but this time came up just short, going down 3-2 to his Red Devils rival.

Xbox console final

'SCP Diogo' (Fulham) 3-4 'F2Tekkz' (Liverpool)

The Fulham representative came into the final having seen off one of the favourites for the ePremier League title, namely FIFA 19 Global Series Rankings No.1 'Tass', but he came up agonisingly short against the Liverpool star, who had won each of his previous matches by three clear goals. The final was an absolute classic, with 'F2Tekkz' clinching victory with his final attack in the 120th minute.

Grand Final

'F2Tekkz' (Liverpool) 6-2 'KyleLeese__' (Manchester United)

Liverpool versus Manchester United was the kind of line-up worthy of a Grand Final, and as is usually the case in real football, this eFootball match had all the ingredients to be a classic. 'F2Tekkz' laid down a serious marker in the opening match with a convincing 4-1 win ahead of the decisive second contest, where the Liverpool man parlayed his vast tournament experience into a 6-2 victory to win the Grand Final and secure the inaugural ePremier League title for Liverpool.

The reigning FIFA eClub World Cup™ champion added yet another trophy to his already impressive cabinet, and all eyes will be on him and his eLions team-mate 'FUTWIZTom' at the FIFA eNations Cup™ in London this April, to see whether "eFootball’s coming home"…
