ESWC signs on to host Paris and Sao Paulo live events

  • Paris and Sao Paulo will host eWorld Cup qualification events in April

  • The ESWC signs on for official licensed qualifying competitions

  • Total of four qualification seats on offer for Global Series Playoffs

The Road to the 2018 FIFA eWorld Cup has just got brighter. FIFA 18 international tournaments will take place in Paris and Sao Paulo respectively this April, acting as licensed qualifying competitions in the EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Global Series on the Road to the FIFA eWorld Cup.

Gathering 32 top international players, with 16 on Xbox One and 16 on PlayStation(R)4, the tournaments will reward the best players with a total of four qualification seats in the EA SPORTS FIFA 18 Global Series Playoffs which in turn lead to the main event, the FIFA eWorld Cup Grand Final 2018.

Players will navigate through online qualifiers to access the ESWC FIFA18 Paris and Sao Paulo final.

"After a successful ESWC FIFA18 PGW Challenge, the ESWC will write a new chapter of its long history of tournaments within competitive FIFA.” said Julien Brochet, Director of the ESWC.
