Munich got their first sight of the FIFA Club World Cup as the Welcome Tour touched down in Germany on Friday and Saturday ahead of UEFA Champions League winners Bayern Munich trip to Morocco 2013.

Commuters from around the city were treated to the unusual sight of the 50cm tall, gold and silver trophy as they made their way around the Munich underground system. Fans were also treated to photos with Bayern legend Paul Breitner and the cup, getting the chance to close to what the latest generation of stars will be gunning for.

The Club World Cup trophy also made an appearance at the Allianz Arena, where it was reunited with the Toyota Cup – which Bayern won by beating Boca Juniors in 2001 – and the 1976 Intercontinental Cup claimed after defeating Cruzeiro in the club's award-laden museum.
