The FIFA TMS Domestic Transfer Matching System (DTMS) has now gone live for the Dutch Football Association (KNVB) – the first member association to adopt the platform, as announced earlier this year.
The new system allows the KNVB to process domestic transfers with greater efficiency, while increasing control over all stages of the transfer process and consolidating adherence to domestic regulations.
This means that, when the next registration period opens, the KNVB and its clubs will be able to manage all transfers of professional male players – both international and now also domestic – through one system and with single sign-on access, since the DTMS is fully integrated with the FIFA TMS International Transfer Matching System (ITMS) already in place. Additionally, no software installation is required, making it easy to access the system from anywhere at any time.
FIFA TMS, which offers the DTMS as one of its premium services, has worked closely with the KNVB over the past months to configure and customise the platform so that it fully corresponds to the needs of the association, including taking into account its specific regulations at domestic level, before going live.
