UEFA EURO 2012 co-hosts Poland and Ukraine both enjoyed comfortable 2-0 wins in Tuesday's round of international friendlies.

Poland eased to victory in Belarus thanks to goals by Jakub Blaszczykowski (31) and Robert Lewandowski (69), while Ukraine's win also came on the road against Estonia courtesy of strikes by Oleg Gusev (45) and Oleksandr Aliyev (68).

The minds of Estonia's players were no doubt elsewhere, however, with their EURO 2012 hopes in the balance and out of their hands heading into the match. However, there was good news for Estonia at the final whistle despite their loss, as Serbia's 1-0 defeat to Slovenia in Ljubljana ensured them second place in Group C and a play-off berth.

In other friendly action, Ghana and Nigeria played out a goalless draw in their encounter in Watford, while Equatorial Guinea and Cameroon drew 1-1 and the Philippines ran out 4-0 winners over Nepal.
