Low basks in flawless start
Second-half goals from Miroslav Klose, Mario Gomez and Lukas Podolski earned Low's men their fourth successive win to move five points clear at the top of Group A.
The Germans have yet to drop a point in qualifying and have conceded just one goal, leaving Low delighted with their form so far.
"We have completed the task with a 3-0 win and taken three points," he said. "With 12 points so far we have a brilliant record which makes me happy. What the team has done in recent months is sensational. We now have a comfortable lead, although we still have to keep winning matches."
Goalscorer Podolski added: "It took us a while to get going and we missed some chances, but in the second half we upped the pressure. Our target was 12 points from four games and we have achieved that."
The result marked a fourth defeat in as many matches for Kazakhstan, who sit at the bottom of the group. But coach Bernd Storck insists his players can be proud of keeping the FIFA World Cup™ semi-finalists at bay until after the interval.
"What my team did in the first half was unbelievable," he said. "I had concerns in the second half about our players getting tired, but they have stood up well to the challenge against the individual class of Germany.
"We are on the right track," he added.
