The USA will take on Slovakia in a friendly in Bratislava next month as both teams step up their preparations for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™.

The United States Soccer Federation confirmed that the game would take place on Saturday, 14 November.

The match will be the USA's first in Slovakia, who have qualified for their first FIFA World Cup since the separation of Czechoslovakia in 1992.

They will take on Denmark - who will also be in South Africa next summer - in Aarhus four days later.
