Moyes charged after dismissal
Everton manager David Moyes has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association after being sent to the stands during his side's 3-2 Premier League win at Stoke City.
Moyes was incensed when referee Alan Wiley, who had pointed to the penalty spot, changed his mind after consulting his linesman and gave a free-kick on the edge of the box for a handball by Stoke's Leon Cort.
Soon afterwards, a furious Moyes was sent to the stands.
Moyes has until 2 October to respond to the charge.
