Greek first division club Xanthi have signed much-travelled Nigerian striker Victor Okechukwu Agali on a three-year contract. No financial details of the deal were revealed by the team.

Agali, 30, has played for a string of different clubs in Nigeria and Europe including Marseille, Nice and Schalke 04, and was a member of the Nigerian team that competed in the 2000 Olympics Games.
