Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben described his side's 2-0 victory over Juventus in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final as a "good result".
Bayern, runners-up in two of the last three finals, took a first-minute lead through David Alaba's deflected long-range strike before Thomas Muller tapped in a second goal just after the hour mark at the Allianz Arena.
The German giants had chances to increase their lead but Juve goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon made a number of telling saves to deny them and keep his side in the tie heading into the second leg in Italy.
Despite not making the most of their chances though, Robben, who started on the bench but was thrown into the action after just 16 minutes due to an injury to Toni Kroos, was happy with the result.
He told Sky Sports 2: "When we spoke about the game before we said we couldn't concede a goal today, that was the important thing and in the end 2-0 at home, good advantage."
The Netherlands international, who drew a fine save from Buffon soon after coming on before then side-footing another good opening wide during a dominant first-half display by Bayern, added: "I think it was a very good game to watch, because both teams were pressing forward and it was almost one against one all over the pitch.
"I think there was a period in the first half, just after I came on, where they made some mistakes and we had some good chances. It was just a bit unfortunate that we didn't score another goal.
"But in the end, in the second half we scored another one, and good result."
Concern for Kroos
Meanwhile, Bayern coach Jupp Heynckes fears he will be without forward Toni Kroos for "a long time" after the Germany international suffered a muscle tear.
Kroos was replaced in the 16th minute of the quarter-final first leg at the Allianz Arena after falling to the floor following an innocuous-looking challenge.
It is not yet known how long Kroos will be sidelined for, but initial tests suggests he will be out for a number of weeks.
A statement on Bayern's official website read: "An initial diagnosis by FCB chief medical officer Dr Hans-Wilhelm Muller-Wohlfahrt suggests the Germany international has ruptured a group of adductor muscles in his right hip and now faces several weeks on the sidelines."
Heynckes said it will "take a long time" before the 23-year-old Germany international will be available again, adding: "This is obviously very bitter.
"It's just such a shame for a young player who has played great this season."
