Substitute Alan Pulido netted four minutes from time to lift Tigres Monterrey back to the top of the Clausura table with a 2-1 win at Puebla on Sunday.
Luis Garcia Fernandez put Tigres ahead in the 32nd minute, but DaMarcus Beasley equalised just before the hour mark.
Pulido then grabbed the winner just five minutes after stepping off the bench, taking his side back above Atlas at the summit.
Raul Jimenez bagged a double to fire Club America to a 2-0 win at 10-man Guadalajara.
Sergio Perez saw red after 35 minutes and Jimenez took full advantage after the break, netting in the 51st and 79th minutes to seal the points for the visitors, putting them third.
