River go top with Colon win
River Plate went top of the Argentinian Clausura table with a 2-1 win over struggling Colon Santa Fe on Sunday.
David Trezeguet gave River Plate the lead after 12 minutes and Leonardo Ponzio doubled the advantage 11 minutes before half-time.
River, after their fourth win in five matches, lead with 12 points from five matches. They are a point ahead of Godoy Cruz and two in front of Lanus, who can reclaim the lead with a win at home to Arsenal on Monday.

Atletico Rafaela and Boca Juniors drew 1-1. Juan Eluchans gave Atletico the lead with a 27th-minute penalty but Nicolas Blandi netted with seven minutes to go to ensure the game ended in a draw.
