Dynamo Moscow's league match against Zenit St Petersburg was abandoned in the 36th minute after home goalkeeper Anton Shunin was injured by what looked to be a firecracker thrown from the crowd.

Russian Football Union chief Nikolai Tolstykh, who arrived urgently to Khimki arena after the incident, said that the decision on the case will be taken in the nearest future.
"We will take the decision upon this case at the earliest possible date," Tolstykh was quoted as saying by ITAR-TASS news agency. "We will collect all the reports and documents and analyse it to investigate this crying case thoroughly."
