AaB's title charge was dented in a 3-1 home defeat to FC Midtjylland tonight.

The hosts remain six points off the Superliga summit after suffering their fifth defeat of the season.

Petter Andersson gave the visitors a 13th minute lead and Marco Larsen doubled the advantage four minutes before the break.

There was still time for Kasper Kusk to reduce the arrears before half-time, but after a frustrating second half for AaB, Kristian Bak Nielsen finally killed them off in the last minute.
