Spanish defender Marc Castells has signed a three-year contract with Asteras Tripolis following a free transfer from Valencia's B team, the Greek Super League side have announced.

No further financial details were revealed by the Greeks. Castells, 22, has been with the Valencia B team since 2008 and last season made 28 appearances.
