IF Elfsborg moved three points clear at the top of the Swedish Allsvenskan table with a 2-1 home win over GAIS tonight.

Stefan Ishizaki put the hosts in front in the 21st minute only for Linus Tornblad to level on the half-hour mark. But Amadou Jawo netted the winner four minutes after the break to earn Elfsborg their fifth win in six games.

AIK went second, two points clear of Malmo, with a 1-0 success at Gefle. Celso Borges scored the only goal of the game in the first minute.
