Juventus hold a three-point cushion at the top of Serie A with five rounds remaining, but coach Antonio Conte is not taking anything for granted.

Conte, whose side is on course to clinch their first Scudetto since 2005/06, has demanded full focus from his players ahead of Wednesday's match at bottom-side Cesena. The Turin giants are unbeaten and have won their last six league games, including Sunday's 4-0 triumph over Roma.

"We have taken a step forward," Conte told his club's official website. "But we cannot forget that there are still five games remaining.

"Destiny is in our hands. The important thing is that we have already assured ourselves direct qualification to the Champions League, which was our main aim this season. Now we must focus on the game at Cesena, a match where we have everything to lose."

Cesena head into the encounter at the Stadio Dino Manuzzi aware that they could be relegated to Serie B, as they lie 14 points adrift of safety with 15 points still up for grabs.

Milan, Lazio face strugglers
Second-placed AC Milan host 17th-placed Genoa looking to bounce back from the weekend's 1-1 draw to Bologna that hindered their title challenge. Massimiliano Allegri's men have dropped five points in their last two games at the San Siro.

Lazio will be looking to strengthen their grip on third place - the last UEFA Champions League qualifying spot - when they visit second-bottom Novara. I Biancoceleste have lost five of their last six games on the road and hold a three-point advantage over Udinese.

Udinese have managed just one win in their last eight league games and take on European hopefuls Inter Milan at the Stadio Friuli.

Fifth-placed Napoli halted a five-match winless run with a 2-0 triumph over Novara on Sunday. The Naples outfit visit Lecce looking to remain in the hunt for a third-place finish.

Roma were soundly beaten at Juventus on Sunday to drop to sixth place. I Giallorossi seek home comfort when they host Fiorentina in midweek. Roma have won five of their last six league games at the Stadio Olimpico.

Mid-table Siena take on Bologna on Wednesday on the back of a 4-1 triumph at Genoa, their third win in four games.

Catania halted a four-match winless run with a 2-0 triumph over Atalanta last time out. The Sicilians travel to Trieste to face strugglers Cagliari tomorrow.

Parma have not won on the road since 5 February, but travel to La Favorita to face a side Palermo invigorated by Saturday's 3-0 triumph over Cagliari. The result was their third straight win at home and lifted the Ducale club six points clear of the drop zone.

Atalanta entertain Chievo in Bergamo looking to take a giant step towards Serie A safety. I Bergamaschi have collected 40 points from 33 games and lie five points clear of the drop zone.
