Lucerne kept alive their slim hopes of taking the Super League title with a 3-1 victory over ten-man Servette in the Super League. A 25th-minute penalty from Xavier Hochstrasser gave the home side the lead, with Jahmir Hyka adding another on the half-hour mark.

Vincent Ruefli then saw red for Servette after 58 minutes, although Ishmael Yartey managed to pull a goal back for them six minutes later. But a last-minute strike from substitute Moshe Ohayon wrapped up the win.

Lucerne sit 13 points behind leaders Basel with five rounds remaining, although the leaders also have two games in hand over their nearest challengers. FC Thun saw their UEFA Europa League hopes dented by a goalless draw at home to Grasshoppers. The result leaves Thun two points behind the top three.
