Brisbane Roar will host the A-League Grand Final for the second season in succession after beating Central Coast Mariners 3-2 in the return leg of their semi-final clash.
The result earned Brisbane a 5-2 victory on aggregate, while Central Coast will now face Perth Glory next weekend to determine who else will go through to the final.
Brisbane were in front after just two minutes at the Bluetongue Stadium thanks to a free-kick from Thomas Broich, and they added another after 26 minutes through Mitch Nichols.
Central Coast responded with two goals in three minutes. Patrick Zwaanswijk pulled one back after 29 minutes before Adam Kwasnik levelled the scores on the night soon after.
But Henrique's strike in the 68th minute eventually settled the contest in Brisbane's favour as they wrapped up a comfortable aggregate win.
