Leaders Anderlecht remained eight points clear of Club Brugge in the Jupiler League after both clubs won today.
Anderlecht sprung to life in the second half when they scored all their goals in a 4-0 home win over fourth-placed Cercle Brugge. Dieudonne Mbokani struck twice in two minutes, one of which was a penalty, in between goals from Guillaume Gillet (56) and substitute Patou Kabangu (73).
In today's only other game, Lior Rafaelov scored the winner on 13 minutes as second-placed Club Brugge held off Standard Liege 1-0.
