Besiktas reduced Galatasaray's lead at the top of the table to seven points with a 3-1 win over Bursaspor.

The home side got off to the perfect start when Hugo Almeida gave them a seventh-minute opener, only for Pablo Batalla to equalise 29 minutes later. Eduardo quickly restored Besiktas' lead, though, with substitute Mustafa Pektemek wrapping things up late on.

Trabzonspor moved into fourth with a 4-0 win over Samsunspor. Goals from Burak Yilmaz bookended the rout, with Paulo Henrique and Olcan Adin finding the net in between times.

Bottom side Ankaragucu were soundly beaten 3-0 by Sivasspor, with two first-half goals in as many minutes from Michael Eneramo and Kamil Grosicki doing the early damage. Substitute Cihan Ozkara added a third midway through the second half.

Elsewhere, Tita and Ali Zitouni scored as Antalyaspor won 2-0 at Mersin Idmanyurdu, while Hakan Ozmert's goal was enough to give Orduspor a 1-0 win over Istanbul Buyuksehir.
