Iain Ramsay's 69th-minute goal sealed a 2-1 win for Adelaide United over Gold Coast United at Hindmarsh Stadium in the A-League.

Following a goalless first half, Adelaide took the lead 12 minutes into the second period when Zenon Carvella converted Ramsay's cross at the back post.

Gold Coast levelled in the 67th minute when James Brown's shot took a deflection off Carvella and beat goalkeeper Eugene Galekovic, but Ramsay netted the hosts' winner two minutes later when he slotted home following a pass from Andy Slory.
