Tamim Al Dosari scored a late winner to leave Al Shabab with the only remaining 100 per cent record in the Saudi Arabian Premier League following their comeback victory over Al-Raed.
Al-Raed, looking for their first victory of the campaign, took the lead in the 19th minute through Yahya Al-Muslem, but Hassan Fallatah drew things level just before the break before Dosari netted an 84th-minute winner for the visitors.
Al Shabab's fourth victory in as many games this season leaves them two points clear of Al-Ittifaq, who were held 0-0 at home by Hajer today. Al Hilal moved up to third spot, three points behind the leaders, after ending Al-Ahly's perfect record in an emphatic 4-0 home victory.
Al-Ahly had won their opening three matches without conceding goal, but they were 2-0 down after 25 minutes against Al Hilal following goals from Byung-Soo Yoo and Ahmed Al-Fraidi, and then second-half strikes from Mohammad Al-Shalhoub and Osama Hawsawi completed the triumph.
