Lille midfielder Idrissa Gueye has signed a three-year contract extension with the club.

The 22-year-old, a member of Senegal's Olympic squad, broke into Lille's first-team plans last season and scored his first goal for the club in the 2-2 UEFA Europa League draw with PSV Eindhoven.

The new deal will keep him with the reigning Ligue 1 and Coupe de France champions until 2015.
