Unam Pumas went to the top of the table with a 1-1 draw against Santos Laguna today.

Laguna took the lead with 59 minutes gone through Oribe Peralta, only for Eduardo Herrera to equalise with 10 minutes left. Both sides ended the game with 10 men, with Unam's Marco Palacios and Laguna's Santiago Hoyos seeing red in separate incidents.

The night's other game also ended in a 1-1 draw as Tijuana and Puebla shared the spoils. Both goals came inside the opening 15 minutes, with Dayro Moreno scoring for Tijuana after seven minutes and Duvier Riascos quickly levelling.
