Hilton switches to Montpellier
Veteran defender Hilton has agreed a one-year deal with Montpellier after leaving Marseille.
The 33-year-old Brazilian has spent the last seven years in Europe, having started his career in his homeland with Chapecoense.
He will replace Emir Spahic in the Montpellier defence, with the Bosnian having moved to Sevilla last month.
Hilton, who has made close to 200 appearances in Ligue 1, turned down Evian, Brest and Monaco in favour of Montpellier, and has the option of staying for a further year.
