Barcelona won the pre-season Audi Cup with a 2-0 victory over hosts Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena tonight, with Thiago on target twice.

Thiago scored the opening goal four minutes before half-time and then wrapped up the victory with a second goal in the 74th minute.

However, it was not all smiles for the European champions, as youngster Jonathan Soriano was carried off the field injured midway through the second half.

Internacional claimed third place with another penalty shoot-out victory over AC Milan after the game finished 2-2 in normal time.

Milan had twice led through Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Alexandre Pato, but Leandro Damiao and substitute Andres D'Alessandro both scored equalisers. Milan then suffered in the shoot-out, missing all four of their spot-kicks.
