CSKA Moscow have stretched their lead at the top of the Russian Premier League table to seven points with a 2-0 victory at Volga Nizhny Novgorod.

Vagner Love scored the opening goal after 26 minutes with the Brazilian striker adding another in the 66th minute.

The win has given CSKA a healthy advantage over nearest challengers Zenit St Petersburg, while Nizhny Novgorod remain in 12th place in the 16-team standings.
